Exchange Policy

We offer an exchange only policy, no refunds.

If you would like to request an exchange, please email us at support@justcozy.ca with your order details and a brief explanation of the issue.

Exchanges:

Please note that exchanges are available for online purchases only. We do not accept exchanges at Just Cozy retail store locations.

Our exchange policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges after 30 days.

To be eligible for an exchange, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In their original packaging
  • With all tags attached

Otherwise, the warehouse will not accept your exchange.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your exchange.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email confirming receipt and informing you whether your exchange has been approved.

If approved, your replacement item will be shipped within 3 business days after confirmation.

If the requested item is out of stock, you may exchange it for any other available item from our online store.

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning items for exchange. We will cover the shipping cost for sending the replacement item back to you.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Delivery times for exchanged items may vary depending on your location.

Defective Product:

Please see our defective product policy below:

"In the event that the product you have received is damaged or defective, please contact customer service within 10 days of receipt of the package. We strongly recommend that you check your package as soon as possible. Any inquiries regarding damage and defects may be rejected after the 10 days have elapsed. The merchandise must be unused, unwashed and must have all tags, original packaging, accessories and trimmings fully intact."
